We're completely positive that with our hands-on instruction it'll give you all the confidence you'll need to pass our course. 

Our training lectures are live to the 'Principles' course (3711-16), a state mandatory certificate. Also included as home study (in affiliation with our partner JLG Training Services) are 'Practice' (3315-12) and the elective course 'Finance' (3316-12). Completion of each of these courses requires a final passing grade of 60% or better. Upon completion you'll receive three certificates enabling you to apply for your state test. 

We work diligently and thoughtfully in helping you pass the three required course tests. Plus, we take it a step further by offering you real life experiences along the way to help you better understand and comprehend 'realities and myths' of the Real Estate Industry.
