INSTRUCTOR JOBS

-REAL ESTATE CERTIFICATION INSTRUCTORS-

REAL ESTATE LICENSE - CA is looking for qualified Brokers / Agents to become Real Estate Certification Instructors. We have positions throughout select markets in California. This is both an excellent second income and recruiting opportunity. Must be someone who enjoys teaching and being in front of a classroom environment. The course is short (six 1/2 weeks in duration) held either Tuesday/Wednesday nights (6:00 PM to 9:45 PM) or a Saturday day class (from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM), really fun, easy going and injected with our Instructors 'real life' Real Estate experiences throughout the material. You will be required to lecture live from the Principles book while our students use 'home study' for the Practice and Finance books (though JLG Training Services). Instructors set their own class cost!!! This means profit can range from $150 to $225 per student plus an excellent opportunity to recruit students who go on to pass the State test back into your Brokerage.

BONUS income!!! We have created and provide free to our Instructors a Crash 'PREP' outline of relevant study material allowing for a creative and personalized Crash Course Refresher Day (at a price established by the Instructor themselves)
   
Qualifications...

*YOU MUST HOLD A VALID R/E LICENSE and a FOUR year DEGREE with TWO years R/E EXPERIENCE or a TWO year DEGREE with SIX years R/E EXPERIENCE and a OFFICE / MEETING / CONFERENCE ROOM to CONDUCT CLASS. Instructors are classified as independent contractors (1099 Misc.).

"I PASSED my test yesterday in Fresno, First  Try!!! Thank you for the great classes, and the time you put into teaching us. I don"t  think  the" online classes" would have been good for me to take. I needed the class room structure.The test questions on the bonus disc was very helpful in passing the State Test. I did study a lot everyday for the last month, but it was worth every minute I put into it. I am going to talk with Tinetti Realty this week".
